What this is

RunsWith is a technology intelligence service operated by DRM3 Labs Corp. It detects infrastructure fingerprints across public DNS records and surfaces provider detections, migrations, and security posture signals. By using RunsWith you agree to these terms.

Alpha access

RunsWith is alpha software. Alpha access may be revoked at any time, for any reason, with no notice and no refund. The service may go offline, change shape, lose data, or disappear. Do not build anything you cannot walk away from on top of it.

No warranty on data

Detections are based on public DNS observations and may be wrong, stale, incomplete, or misleading. We do not warrant that the data is accurate, current, complete, or fit for any purpose. Do not make business decisions solely on what RunsWith tells you. Verify with primary sources.

No service level agreement

There is no uptime commitment. There is no response-time commitment. There is no support channel obligation. If RunsWith is down or slow or wrong, you accept that as part of alpha.

Not liable for business decisions

DRM3 Labs Corp is not liable for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from any decision you or anyone else makes based on RunsWith data. This includes lost revenue, lost customers, lost contracts, and any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. To the extent any liability exists despite the above, it is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months, which during alpha is zero.

Acceptable use

You may use the service for research, analysis, and integration into your own product or workflow. You may not:

• Scrape at abusive rates, bypass rate limits, or operate multiple accounts to amplify quota.
• Resell, redistribute, or republish raw dumps of the dataset.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or credentials from the service.
• Use the service to harass, target, or defame any person or organization whose domain is represented.
• Represent RunsWith output as your own proprietary data without attribution.

Attribution

When you publish derivative analysis, link back to RunsWith and cite the signed receipt where applicable. Ed25519 receipts are the canonical proof of what we said at what time.

Termination

We may terminate your access at our discretion, at any time. You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not survive data we have already emitted, and does not create any refund obligation during alpha.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.

Changes

We may update these terms during alpha. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be surfaced on the login page.
